Distribute all promotional material quickly and efficiently
Complete and submit a timely and accurate rooming list to Sales Manager
Collect all deposits by the specified due dates and submit to Sales Manager
Answer all questions regarding trip details, payments and policies
Complete and submit a leadership report to Sales Manager
Maintain regular contact with Sales Manager
Return all calls promptly (24-Hour Rule)
Promote Grad Week exclusively for USA Student Travel to the best of my abilities
Pay Departure Taxes and Hotel Security Deposit based on destination
